1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Timeframe: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery of your order.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
  • Unused and unwashed.
  • In their original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Returned in their original packaging.
  • Non-Eligible Items:
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without their original tags or packaging.
  • Products purchased during a clearance sale or marked as “Final Sale” (unless defective).

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Email Us: Send an email to vpsfabrics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Subject Line: Please include your Order ID in the subject line (e.g., “Return Request – Order #CR12345”).
  • Content: In the email, clearly state:
  • Your Order ID.
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • The reason for the return/exchange (e.g., wrong size, defective item, change of mind).
  • For exchanges, please specify the desired size or item (subject to availability).
  • Await Approval: Our support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send the item back until you receive approval and instructions from us.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection (if the ordered size was delivered), or any reason other than a defective or incorrect item received, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Crown Rust Responsibility: If the item received was defective, damaged during transit, or an incorrect product was sent, Crown Rust will cover the return shipping costs. We may arrange for a reverse pickup, or you may be asked to ship the item, and we will reimburse the shipping cost upon verification.

4. Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
  • The inspection process typically takes 2–3 business days after the item is received by us.
  • If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged, tags removed), we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange. In such cases, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund Method:
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to your provided bank account details. We will request these details after the return is approved.

6. Exchanges

  • Delivery: Standard shipping times (3–7 business days) will apply for the delivery of the exchanged item.
  • Difference in Price: If the exchanged item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or require additional payment before dispatching the new item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
